The presentation of historical context was extremely valuable, even for information I already knew. Viewing it all at once and highlighting the through lines, was incredibly powerful and such a necessary way to engage in education about race. It gave an excellent foundation for the operational pieces in the latter part of the learning. Really loved, and will be using myself, the consistent reminder that without the historical context, most proposed solutions make little sense.”- Learning Participant

The learning was insightful and inspiring. The resources are useful and will help me continue my learning and actions in my commitment to anti-racism. The instruction is amazing. I could learn like this for hours. It gave me the tools and historical context to think about my experiences and how they have impacted my values and actions. It made me laugh and cry and learn. It is incredible instruction.” Learning Participant

The historical information presented in the beginning was incredibly valuable. I learned about things I’d never even heard of, and I feel so much more informed. I am able to contribute to conversations in a meaningful way now, and I also know that I have so much more to learn. Understanding that this work is like getting in shape, and that it takes time and intention, is such a wonderful framing for me. I am so grateful.”- Learning Participant
